We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours unless stated otherwise on the product page, providing the items are in stock. Please allow more time for delivery within busy holiday periods. If there are any concerns regarding delivery times please get in touch with us and we will assist you. Orders are processed for delivery on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). We are unable to process orders to P.O. Box addresses.

 

Tracking your order

Your tracking information will automatically be sent to the email that you used to place your order once your parcel has been shipped out, if you don't receive it please check your spam folder.

Customs

Please note: All non-UK customers will always be responsible for paying any import / tax bills they may receive.

All orders are shipped out from the UK, you may be subject to additional import fees / Taxes upon delivery. We would recommend using the Import & duties calculator as a guide. When importing items outside of the UK, this will always incur a customs inspection which we always provide the correct paperwork for. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.

Undelivered items

In the event that your order cannot be delivered, due to incorrect shipping information, missed deliveries or unpaid custom fees these orders will be returned to us at the courier services discretion. Once your order has been returned to us you will be contacted by our team. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery & will not be refunded for any delivery costs.

Uncollected packages

SAINT MIND LTD will not be held responsible & pay for shipping costs if any packages have not been collected from the customer's local postal depot If delivery attempts are unsuccessful.

Free shipping promotions

If you are a customer who has ordered during a free shipping promotion, please be advised that customers are always responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs regulations. Failure to pay these fees or accept the delivery will result in the parcel being returned back to us & shipping fees will be deducted from your refund resulting in additional costs.
