Tracking your order

Your tracking information will automatically be sent to the email that you used to place your order once your parcel has been shipped out, if you don't receive it please check your spam folder.


Please note: All non-UK customers will always be responsible for paying any import / tax bills they may receive.

All orders are shipped out from the UK, you may be subject to additional import fees / Taxes upon delivery. We would recommend using the Import & duties calculator as a guide. When importing items outside of the UK, this will always incur a customs inspection which we always provide the correct paperwork for. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.

Undelivered items

In the event that your order cannot be delivered, due to incorrect shipping information, missed deliveries or unpaid custom fees these orders will be returned to us at the courier services discretion. Once your order has been returned to us you will be contacted by our team. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery & will not be refunded for any delivery costs.
