Customs & Tax
Please note: All non-UK customers will always be responsible for paying any import / tax bills they may receive.
All orders are shipped out from the UK, you may be subject to additional import fees / Taxes upon delivery. We would recommend using the Import & duties calculator as a guide. When importing items outside of the UK, this will always incur a customs inspection which we always provide the correct paperwork for. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.

Received An Faulty Item
If the item you received is faulty, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to resolve this issue for you.
All sale items purchased are final. No returns or Exchanges

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund (excluding sale items). The items returned must be in the original condition it was sent in (unworn/unwashed) and complete with any tags & packaging. All returns will be inspected by ourselves if we deem any of the items returned to not be in a re-saleable condition your refund will not be processed and you will be contacted by our team. We will not be responsible for refunding any original postage costs, nor any postage costs incurred when returning items. We will refund the credit/debit card / payment method used to place the order within 7 days once we have inspected the items and are satisfied with it. We suggest returning the items using a tracked shipping service. This is to ensure that the item is safely returned to us and to enable both parties to track the package during transit. Certain items such as the sin mask and similar accessories, fall under a category where they cannot be returned or refunded. This is because these products involve personal use and their return could pose hygiene-related concerns. When purchasing such items, please take note of the product description, as it will clearly mention if the product is non-refundable and non-returnable due to these hygiene reasons.
For customers returning items from outside the UK, these additional conditions apply:
We suggest returning the items using a tracked shipping service. This is to ensure that the item is safely returned to us and to enable both parties to track the package during transit. It is essential that any returned items be sent Delivery Duties Paid (DDP). This means that you, as the sender, are responsible for paying all the costs associated with shipping and returning the goods, including custom charges, duties, and taxes. The item should be marked as "return merchandise" on any customs documentation. Any packages returned using a Delivery At Place (DAP) or Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) service will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense. Please note that failure to comply with these conditions may result in your return being rejected upon arrival or additional charges being levied upon receipt of the returned items.
Free promotional items
If you have purchased from our website and received a free promotional gift, it's our way of expressing gratitude for your support. However, if you decide to return your entire order, it is important that the promotional item is also returned, If the promotional item is not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount of the purchased items. Please note: some items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (sin mask) and the value of the promotional item that cannot be returned will still be deducted from the refund amount if you decide to return your entire order.
Free shipping promotions
If you are a customer who has ordered during a free shipping promotion, please be advised that customers are always responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs regulations. Failure to pay these fees or accept the delivery will result in the parcel being returned back to us & shipping fees will be deducted from your refund resulting in additional costs.
SAINT MIND LTD store cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging GBP into any other currency.
All UK orders are sent out via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed 48 service (1-3 Business days)
All EU orders are sent out via tracked service (3-8 Business days)
All ROTW orders are sent out via tracked service (5-10 Business days)
Note: In the event that any orders are undelivered due to incorrect details provided by the customer, it will be the customer that is responsible for the payment of redelivery.
SAINT MIND LTD will not be held responsible & pay for shipping costs if any packages have not been collected from the customer's local postal depot If delivery attempts are unsuccessful.
